John Starks was the Head Coach of the Westchester Wildfire in upstate New York for the 2003 and 2004 seasons, compiling a record of 26-23.

Starks took the helm of the Wildfire in 2003 for the team's inaugural season. Westchester Wildfire owner Gary Lieberman picked Starks from a dozen candidates in part because of his minor-league background which would allow players to relate to him.
